Installing Netgear WG111v2 without a CD

I reinstalled windows on my pc, which doesn't have a wireless card. Instead, I use Netgear wg111v2 (http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/wg111v2.asp) to connect to the internet. Inconveniently, I misplaced the installation Cd that came with the adapter. I am wondering if there is any installation software on the internet that can act as the Cd. I have already tried installing the 5.69mb upgrade here (http://kbserver.netgear.com/release_notes/d103125.asp) without success.

why not try installing the oldest version first then try to update it.
