It's in lvl 4 a WIAW But no one will get it in exchange for 2 lvl 4, thats what i believe..
To get there invites you have to wait long time, and it's like ncore which in lvl 6 but been trade in exchange to lvl 8 lvl 7...

Bithumen should be at least lvl6. But most of the users on this board don't have bithumen, so they rated it only lvl4. As always, those who have the tracker, rate it high, and those who don't have the tracker, rate it low.
You should offer at least lvl6 for bithumen, but even with a lvl6 offer will be hard to get.

NB and FSC are level 7 . Tell my how many of them have you seen around here ? I havent , especialy NB . BH was all over the place , even though people keep saying how hard it is to get invites there.

lvl7 is too much for bithumen. The right level is: 6.
