There are some servers available for less than $60. You will likely have trouble finding one with windows, or high traffic limit servers.. but some are out there.
Check out leaseweb express server #8

Really? How well does it perform? Would you mind providing a link? I am thinking of getting a Vectoral but it seems they are all sold out?
Maybe you could get a shared Server for that price.... A good website is
Smartlayertech... They are quite good

Dedibox is the best :DI disagree with you.
Yes, its possible to find a box for $60, but can you manage without windows? (I had a $60 server with 1TB of bw + Windows 2003 but the provider closed down)

I can manage it without windows
And you can get dedibox and windows OS from dedimove.com

dedibox.fr offer the box at 29 Euro, not bad at all !
I don't have a problem with using linux either, but i heard that dedibox's get raided and have random checks by the po-po's..... :(

From what I have been reading, dedibox is not good if you plan to seed 24/7 high speed. If they discover that you are abusing the unmetered bandwidth they will disable you on the spot (they can easily spot BT traffic as well). I am looking into Vectoral myself.

If you dont have any problem with linux why not just try 2 Leewares for $40. That should give good speed. And Hosting-IE doesnt seem too bad. Check out their Raptor 5 and 6 deals here: http://hosting-ie.com/content/view/27/64/
You also get Windows on Hosting-IE so thats a plus, they also guarantee unlimited bandwidth but becasue I'm referring you to a VPS that means you wont get the full 100mbit, probably more like 30-50 like dedibox. This, btw, is all hearsay I personally dont use a server but I've been reading up and might get one myself so I'm just mentioning what I've found out.
Edit: I dont know about Hosting-IE being raided. There was someone I talked to and s/he said they had been on it for sometime and had no problems like that. But thats just one person so you would need to do your own research.
