Mp3 Splitter / Combiner

I've downloaded several Audio books and I would like to split some of them up into chapters and others I'd like to combine to form a full chapter. What program would be a good, yet simple, way to combine and split these files??

I use MP3 Splitter,its easy to use and a good program.You can get it by searching on google,sorry i don't have a link.
