AOL Warez Serving

I remember when i was around 13 or 14 the big thing was the aol warez scene pretty fun actually i remember serving for a couple groups using private chats like cerver was anyone else into this scene? Its been dead for about 4 years not but back in the day it was nice everyone got along and everyone made a name for themselves. If i knew what i know now about torrents back then our groups would have been unstoppable.

I remember those days back in the late 90's! I used to serve too for groups like Legion, UPS, and porn group ESP. :D The mp3 was also invented sometime in those years...

P.S. Warez on aol in this form died well over 10 yrs ago in the methods of sending the email forms.

Man I got banned from Aol so many times but since I was 13 I told my mom somebody must have got my login password and she would call and get it back on. Stupid catwatch. I used to remember when they popped into the room and seconds after that you would be kicked. I remember Legion.

lolyea our account used to get "tossed" all the time and my mom would get so pissed...good times.

I also remember using those stupid "punter" progs to kick everyone in the chatrooms offline. :lol:

Yea I used to run those programs, it was funny. Most had to have thier sound on for them to work. I used to kick my friends off all the time before they figured out it was me.

I use to always have my box full of mailz.

AOL shut them down a few times untill finally they moved to IRC.

Luckly soon after that I found torrents. :)

i remember it clearly... i went on my friend's aol account (since i didn't have one), joined a channel named "softice", got an IM from "CatWatch55" asking me if i knew of any good warez rooms... i replied, "this is one, isn't it?"

Tossed. My friend's mom was pissed.
