I Think that the SCC[7] Should be higher Or maybe even in L4 because it has one of the best Pre-Times and speed. Sample From the Site.

However, that [7] could be raised to [8], or maybe a [9], which is what you should be arguing about, imo of course.

Yes, SCC made me a very good impression. Unfortunately, they banned the entire IP range of my ISP and I think other IP ranges from Romania as well. :(

It should be 7. They need more content, maybe console games, HD movie releases and more shows. Once they expand their content and become invite only, then it should go up to level 9.

SCC is an awesome tracker and deserves 9 as an overal rating. Not talking about rarity. Rarity means nothing.

People need to wake up and analize tarckers for what they are worth as a tracker not for how rare they might be.
