Why would you do that ? I don't use trackers that don't want me there, that ban entire countries because they don't know to code etc. I wish those sysops to die of cancer , and forget about them and their trackers , and advice you to apply such an approach for yourself too . On the other hand, I thank experienced sysops like TooMuchTime , that have a will to do everything in order to prevent banning of IP ranges and countries , by dedicating lots of their time to hunt for bad users .

But if you still want to use a tracker that don't want you there , PM m0Fo .

dude just forget them
it's happened to me too with ACC (they block many regions IP too) and the only thing I did is to say f*ck them.
proxy is not going to help because there is a big chance that your user was deleted and if it's not it will be in couple days.

Well said... fatma is right, you don't want to be using a tracker that doesn't want you. There are lots of other trackers out there anyway.
