how to make torrent file with webui?

You can't make torrents from WebUI.

Alrite. You downloaded a torrent from tracker A. It is 100% complete and seeding. Make sure the torrent is 100% the same, made by the same rls group etc etc. Go to Tracker B, download the torrent to your desktop and add the torrent like you normally would add a torrent. Usually, it would then beginning checking the torrent, and most times it would either go to 99% or 100%. Once its at 100% your ready to start seeding one torrent onto two trackers...

if the torrent already exist on site B than yeah that's the way

but do you need to upload something doesn't exist on the site B already? (then you would be the uploader of the files not just a seeder)

if so, then you need full access to utorrent to create the torrent file (with the site B announce URL and everything)

Can torrentflux download form your seedboxs two your pc coz am on windows and i have two use a ftp for my stuff that i download its bit of work but i still get it done.

Yes tflux can d/l via http to your home puter with a single mouse click(most effective for NFO's and torrents) , although it's faster for most ppl to use ftp.
