It is full but I got in 2 days ago with an invite and I had to wait for the system to prune some accounts so I had to wait about 5 minutes.

a n00b question, can i donate for them without being a member in their tracker?, like for example visiting their IRC channel asking for their PayPal account number & information or whatever, then transferring the money for my PayPal account to their account, then later on they send the invitation to my email!

By how hard it is to get invites, and how much harder it is to sign up when a site is "open" it wouldn't surprise me :lol:
