Define foreign. For a hungarian , all trackers are foreign except the hungarian ones. For a UK user all non-english based trackers are foreign. For a romanian user C-Zone ,Iplay etc are home trackers and ScT , FTN etc are foreign. So , again , define foreign

I find the benefits of foreign trackers far outweights the cons such as the language barrier. Except for 0day stuff, I use foreign trackers almost exclusively.

some foreign trackers are really good and i think you can find a lot of good things.. but i think foreign trackers should have some languages.. English is very important.. however czone is really good tracker and i use it..
