Transfer files to local from WinXP SeedBox

hi all.
i got a seedbox with Win XP.
how can i transfer files from that to my local host?
what program i must install(prefer free programs)
i want download with ftp and http protocol.

I use Cerberus (http://www.cerberusftp.com/download.htm#download) on my WinXP server. It's just a case of installing and setting up an account on it for yourself.

serv-u is one of the best ftp server programs.. But it isn't free

I get a steady 700 KBps from the box to my home PC.
