This is a good program for blocking pop ups and stuff. It is a web browser like internet explorer but u can add pop-ups and stuff to a black-list that blocks them next time u come back. It also has a cool lay out. Download it off Download.com. Its Free.

Opera7 has an awsome browser+awsome popup blocking support.. blocks 100% popups cause it's not IE. :D
