help with seedbox choosing

hi guys
I need some help.
I want to rend seedbox but I don't know what to choose.
I look at hosting-ie and I saw VPS & VDS
can someone explain me what it is and the differents between them??

and please please help me pick one.

I thought about VPS Raptor 2 or VPS Raptor 3 or VPS Raptor 4

what do you think??? can you explain me the differents between them , because those three almost have the same price.

Are you askign the difference between VPS & VDS?
There is none, they are basicly two names for the same thing.
Virtual private server (VPS) or Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS).

Looks liek the biggest difference between the Raptors and Raptor+s is 2 network connections and 4 IPs
