need help with RSR

and i dont understand that language...
i need to know how do i get invites..
can anyone plz help me?

at the moment you become a power user you will receive a invite...and then, every month if you succeed getting your ratio 1 point above like 3,1 you will get another 2 invites...hope i helped you...sorry for my bad english

if i get a ratio of 1.05 and then 1.15 i will get 2 invites the next month?

you have to boost your ratio up to 3,1 to get 2 invites
