Oink invite or fresh account is level four. But if you want huge buffer in there you should check what you have as a tracker in your pocket.

I've heard Oink is by far the hardest site to seed on so I'd have to agree that if you want that huge of a buffer you need to have something very unique to trade with that is if trading is your goal.
