Hey guys just a quick question I use this string http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/search-getnew/&exclude=80,106,107,108,120 (which isn't working as a link in this thread) to search for new posts and exclude nzb threads. How come when I'm at work I get a message about how there are no matching results but when I'm at home it works fine

I was also wondering if there are is something I can change/add to exclude other sections is there like a list somewhere?

Forum's URLs contain the forum id that you add to the end of that.

If you're logged in at work and not logged in at home, or the opposite, then you get different results

Removing the second "/vb3" should fix the link.

EDIT: It appears in the post but not in the URL after clicked.

I guess go with what rossco said.

Why would it matter where the user in logged in?

fair enough I can see the forum id now but the only thing is I coppied the search string from a thread in this section about a year ago (I'm pretty sure it was by you rossco) an made it into a bookmark. plus since then I have a new ISP ip and whatnot so wouldn't that change my forum id making the bookmark useless sorry to sound like a dumbass I'm just hoping to get it to work @ work.

Cheers
