Filter out subforums

Who can help me ?
I used to have a link to new post with certain subforums filtered out ( most of them...). I seem to have deleted the link and i can't find how to use that filter function again. :frusty:

Posted about these issues some time ago but never sorted it...I spent hours trying to figure this out a few days ago and got nowhere really...
I know it's 100% the fault of the mod_rewrite thing we have (the urls). The way it replaces the links mixed with how the broswer interprets them means when you copy it it is wrong.
