I just got my seedbox from vectoral(SpringAthlon) and I don't know how to use it, can someone please help? what programs do I need?

You need at least a torrent client - utorrent
and a FTP server to get your stuff on & off - Serv-U FTP Server or something simular

what speed u get off Serv-U FTP Server i need something faster

this is the speed am getting off 3 of them
Cerberus FTP Server 50k
RaidenFTPD 200k
Serv-U 100k

You connect to your seedbox using Remote Desktop Control, using the IP given and the login & password at the prompt.. You can create a profile so you can log on automatically.

It then appears as a PC within a window, where you can install firefox & utorrent etc.
