It's my speed, I know it sucks:( but I do keep good ratio on any tracker (specially level 5+).. because I almost do not turn-off my PC:happy:

but.. What can you say about it? does it really really really suck? any thoughts?

In the Philippines, Asia ^_^ I just can't get a better connection.. but I'm happy to keep nice ratio even though:happy:

I will be looking for that, but for now, I cannot go for other services as the contract was for 1 year, though I never know torrents before I had a connection, so that time, what is important for me is a cheap, wireless, and just an access for internet.. I'm stuck on this for one year, unless a Seedbox?

I wish I knew torrents that time:dry:

But hey, on another thought, I see many connections with a high D/L speed but a very low (lower than mine) upload speed, I guess I was lucky I do not need to cap my D/L speed:ermm:

One good solution is to rent a seedbox... So no need to have the pc 24/7 on (so you earn money from the electricity) and you have VERY nice speeds ;)

yes it is very low speed.. i think for example ScT to keep good ratio with this internet is really really hard.. but if you can't get better connection so you should be happy with this..
