True , true. Never found such stability and speed as i did on ScT. Such simple and efective interface , it's just superb to browse there

Yeah, running 7-800 euros worth of Hardware helps you do that. Another overkill if you ask me, but dont mess with success i guess.

I guess you could name that the price of perfection :D And the coder must be extremely skilled. Whenever i browse ScT i always think of the "talented" coder at FTN that discovered the glitch in the code that was slowing the server after a year and a half

Quite, but i didnt even mind browsing FTN at slow speeds, because i value the security of having a server located in Malaysia. Im going off Topic so, SCT Hope You Are Back Online Soon!

its not their code...

leasweb had a power shortage on their routers.. the servers themselves are still fine so there should be no data loss...

that entire part of their network is down and their working on getting power back up asap..

i know cause both tp and tv are affected by this... thers nothing we can do... its out of our hands

for the future:

when their admin wakes up and sees it he'll fix it.. its a non-issue.. at least the boxes are all back up and there seems to be no data loss so be happy about that :P... it could have been much worse ;)

most of the network is restored on easynet apart from a few racks which should be fixed shortly...

The registrations wont open?
Not according to this in the FAQ

"Why can't my friend become a member?

There is a limit of 15000 users. When that number is reached we stop accepting new members. Accounts inactive for more than 42 days are automatically deleted, so keep trying. (There is no reservation or queuing system, don't ask for that.)"

Spanky- Have another member inform an admin, and see if they can send you a link through the e-mail you used when you registered for the site.
