How can i put tags on my songs so i can see which tracks i´m playing my burn CD into my mediaplayer.

can u be more clear please, do you mean when you make CD's for yourself, or when you are ripping them onto your PC?

A lot of stereo's and cd players do not have a CD-Text function, although most MiniDisc players do.

If you are talking about IDv tags, just use something like Tag&Rename from Softpointer.com (http://www.softpointer.com) and that can rename your mp3s and add the tags very well and quickly. There are alternatives, but i haven't tried them. A lot of ripping software has it's own tagging method nowadays.
