You can chose one thing that you will eat for the rest of your life. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You will only eat that one thing so it has to be something you can live with. This is not about your favourite meal, it's about what you can eat for the rest of your life.

For me it's roast chicken breast on a buttered roll. What would you chose.

Snap. Except I would have a baguette instead of a roll (you need something to chew on), and add a touch of salt for the chicken.

Ditto here but add a shred or six of Romaine (roughage), a dash of pepper, and a VERY light smear of mayo instead of the butter.

For heaven's sake man the salt goes without saying, but just enough to enhance the flavour, not mask it.

I have always enjoyed bacon on a bagel, though I feel it is a wee bit too sarcastic for a snack .

And you feel you could eat this for breakfast on a daily basis. I think you may have answered the "what's your favourite meal" scenario rather than the "what could you eat for every meal". All too easy a trap to fall into, but it does you no credit.

I was going to point that out, JPaul-

As you say: a single entree?

While you said nothing about an accompanying libation, I must say the Courvoisier fits that bill rather well, although if forced to drink, I would prefer it in V.S.O.P.

The last, I figure, skirts the issue of sarcasm, as I calculate 1 fifth=1 snack, at which point sarcasm recedes to secondary consideration.

Upon close inspection, it appears to be nothing more than a bit of pre-prandial agitation resulting from being toted about somewhat carelessly on a tray. :P

While Courvoisier does have it's appeal, it is not, after all, Glenmorangie, or even Glenlivet. :D

For me it's roast chicken breast on a buttered roll. What would you chose.
Sound like some sort of hell.

Was it decart or some other Philosopher who said " hell is eternity in a room filled with all your friends" and Becka said "but he would say that all his friends are french"
and she has a point.

Realy smacks of chicken breast torture works slower than water but will pickle your noodle in the end.

Neil.

If you had to make me chose I think i'd go mad later if I ate chicken in some way.

so I chose chicken
But how would I like it prepared.

Will let you know
it's a big question.
