Bit-HDTV any help?

Hi to all, I need help about uploading in Bit-HDTV because I do not know if my files satisfies the requirements for uploading namely:

4. All video content can be only in HD(High Definition(720p,1080i,1080p..)).
5. HQ audio minimum with 5.1 sound.

Do anyone here know a program that can detect if your files meet that requirements, I mean can tell its resolution or audio..

Help greatly appreciated ^_^

i heard that this is one of the best program..so i think a better program is really hard to find..
