Video analyzer?

Do anyone here know a program that can detect if your files meet the following requirements, I mean can tell its resolution or audio quality?

-All video content can be only in HD(High Definition(720p,1080i,1080p..)).
-HQ audio minimum with 5.1 sound.

Not to automatically check a folder for files that don't meet, but gspot can tell you that info about a file.
