It had been down for a while. But has been back for the last few days. In fact when you click on that link of yours it takes you directly there. However their blocklist1 hasn't been working at least for me:frusty:

Here is new ipfilter.dat that has been compiled for xMule and tested on 8/7/7. It contains IP ranges from known riaa, mpaa, leechers, gov, ect. Which was posted in various p2p forums related to ed2k. Now this list is bigger than ed2k's pipefilter and contains 79% of all IPv4's allocated ip's blacklisted.
