the bs player does play bins it also flips xvid lol,it is a very versatile player...One thing i like about it is if you download another player the bs player seems to grab the good codecs and filters from the other players..this makes it very versatile..you can goto properties and see what codecs and filters are being used..unintall the player with those codecs and try again...you will see different codecs an filters in use..The results will surprize you..

guys BSplayer is a copy from powerdvd. bsplayer is good but I don't like it cuz you cant control the screen size when a movies playing, and a couple of other problems I can't remember, but powerdvd works a little better and it does what bsplayer does which it borrows other codecs and stuff to play all sorts of movies. I find powerdvd to be the best so far. I have tried them all and I have found them not to equal powerdvd. but thats just my opinion. ;)

bsplayer is the best, but it still has no 086.500 final version, only 086.499 by now.

what is your problem?

the build 500 only contains 2 files the others are in the build 499!

You install 499 and replace the 2 files of the build 500!

Well I tried reinstalling the player but that didn't work. Maybe I'll resort to sticking to other players.

BS player and Power DVD are different. The guys at BS just copied and streched the skin from power DVD. Also you can shange the screen size while the movie is playing. Just go to the corner and when the cursor changes into the arrow thingy drag it where you want. Just like anyother program. I really like all of the options that it has and on my computer it plays back some files that WMP cannot.

I just wish that they would fix some of the multi monitor bugs. I still cannot get the movie to play in both screens (not at the same time (but that would be cool)).
