This is a horrible question, because the best speeds tend to be found on specialized trackers, and while demonoid might have all the content you want, its got shitty speeds and is full of mpaa/riaa.

Well this is a hard question! I live in Australia so I like diwana.org for local tv content, but I like tv.torrents.ro for all the US stuff! I guess I would say I'd go with tv.torrents because I can always record local content.
