Probem Playing Simpsons Eps

so i downloaded a few eps of simpsons and tried to get them played on bsplayer and windows media player. but all it gives me is a gray picture, the sound works okay thou. i have the latest full version of the klite codec btw. what could be wrong?

in what format is the video file? mpeg,avi,divx, or what? :unsure:

gspot says everything is fine, but when i play it, it's all just a gray screen
