Soulseek Routers

This is for the guys who use soulseek, i would use their board but most the people on that board are huge assholes...Anyways i want to know how to open up the ports so everyone can see my files...I want to share the music i have as much as possible but yeah this router problem is restricting me...any help would be great...

Interestin thing is I have 56k no firewall no router and I still get that friggin error message
