Well, how much I like all the, 'what if you were on the moon, and could use only 0.1 tracker, witch one would it be' threads. I think pre-times are also very important.
There probably already have been a poll like this someday, but pre-times speed change, and sites come and go.

SCC has the best pretimes , it wasn't need for a poll. You just enter SCC and see . It beats FTN,ScT, PT, everyone. And it's not fake , it's just jealousy or stupidity talking if you see posts saying that. How can it be fake if i see them apearing faster than FTN/ScT/PT on 90 % of the cases and i download them ? And they work.

yes they can download releases before pre.

who told you that?
thats bs. IF they can download releases before pre, they have to be on the topsite that affils that certain group. (and download it from the predir) but that would only be the case with very very few groups (only those affilled on the site they dl from). everything else has to be raced to their server after pre. but with very fast connections (100mbit and above... if you look at their pretimes it has to be AT LEAST 100mbit MAXED OUT) its possible to up the stuff very fast.
i never actually compared the pretimes with the actual pretimes from other pretime sources. but i believe they are a few secs out of sync. (just a guess though)

No, not for that 1-2 min faster pre. It's nice to have such fast pre, but it really doesn't make a hell lot of a difference, and there are other sites with better content as you say... but they're not open for signups and some are difficult to obtain. What I mean is that SCC is worth having as it's an excellent tracker imo, and that loggin in once a week is not such a big deal to avoid inactivity.:)
