I JUST GOT PROMOTED ON polish tracker 5 hours ago ..

but i didn't got any invites till now ..

can anyone tell me when i can get it ,,, or how ..

They give out invites periodically. So you will have to wait.

They gave invites about one month ago, so you must wait few months :)
