Best Way To Burn (s)vcd's

ive been using roxio for music vid VCD's, i like it for the menus (yet to eat a CD-R) and such..i just noticed today that it does it in megs not minutes [700 and its full] not like nero, anyone know a roxio menu alt, or a way to make a menu for vcds?
