I really don't understand why they handle client bans so poorly. If all they posted was that they were thoroughly testing uTorrent for bugs before considering allowing it, instead of all the tinfoil-hat crap associated with the idiot trackers, they would have had a much less disgruntled userbase. After all, it was bitmetv who found the major bug that prompted 1.7.2 - local peer discovery didn't respect the private flag. Why not play up the strengths, instead of the idiocy?

In any case, glad to find it's now allowed, and appreciate that they spend so much time examining clients. :)

bitmeTV is the king of profits. that site makes more money than all others combine.

the scene rips shows , lamers internal gather all shows (since they get a piece of the cake) and packs are uploaded... and the tons of noobs donate for upload credit so they can download the huge packs.

Are you sure? Theirs FAQ is not yet updated:

All versions of uTorrent released after the initiation of the sale to its new owner are currently banned at BitMeTV. This includes all betas and stables from the 1.7 branch onwards (inclusive).

i cant find anywhere on bitmetv that it says it now permits uTorrent 1.72.

not even the homepage as suggested above, nor the faq.

the rules still state that all uTorrents later than 1.61 are banned.
