you can upload with out anydowload if you got the file on your comp or you find it on oter trackers.

but if they got disabled they cheat for sure.

that have easy explanation downloading in other tracker and uploading then on "bitmetv the best in slow pretimes" :lol: , anyway they cheat and you lost you invite forever, if they was from here just report it imediatelly to us, no matter if they say that the account was traded blablabla just report it.

I lost all of my invites before because the one that I invite is a cheater (that's what they said), but after almost a year, I ask an invite & they gave me one :) (even if I ask earlier, I think it's ok)
So if you need one, try ask one of the staff ;)

I've invited 6 ppl to bitmetv, of which 3 got disabled, lol. I still receive invites though, so they probably got disabled for other reasons...
I now only give the invites to uploaders on other trackers or VIP's, to ppl i know for sure they do it right. Because those screen shots tell nothing, its very easy to photoshop good ratio, or they got it there by cheating of course.

Not necessarily cheaters, but they might have been previously banned and then been subsequently caught with a new account, and as you invited them, you lose your invites. I learned that never again with certain sites will I give invites out, and I refuse to go dupe accounting just to give invites out.

I repeat again, we need a sticky with those members named & shamed who we should stay clear of, until they have proved themselves and cleared their name.

They are the same ones appearing in giveaways and there is no way of checking their background, the report section is too easy to get round and is too secretive.

i talk to the stuff in the help channel and give him all the proof he need
the speedtest and screenshot to my utorrent and he say that ok
but he need to know why my download and upload came more fast in last night
i let him that i don't know
and i tel him know that there is some thing worng with my connection
but he say that he can't help me i try hard to make him undersatnd that
i really don't know why my net it was unstable in this night
so i call my net company and ask them and they tell me that there was many problem in they Communication system
i know that bitmetv have good stuff and i really love this great tracker
but i really can't undersatand why they ban me to just my connection problem
and for jsut 1.5gb as he said so i'm so sorry my friend and i'm not cheater
this is the first time this happened to me
i write all this cause i wanna clean my name
and i have great trackers and oink too and it was upload too when this happened but my account still work

If you want to giveaway invites, ask for ratio screens with nick if you want to be sure about who you will invite before you give them invites... And after that you can ask staff from the tracker what they think about that user, or even contact that user through PM, it is so easy to steal ratio screens from other users...

Scamming threads are obviously open to abuse, but those to whom we have given invites and then had us banned from further invites is another matter, and they should be the ones highlighted to others to prevent them from receiving further invites from here, but not barred from here in total, (if they want to trade accounts, then that has nothing to do with me) but why can't we report them, get it verified then a mod puts their name in the bad boys invites list and keep the thread locked.=, so it is on open view, but we can't post in it.

Can't say i disagree with you the only problem is it turns the FST admin into detectives chasing down all the scammers and cheaters and deciding who's right in every case. I think they just ban them if they've done something that bad, and if not then fuck it were all adults (most of us anyway) and make our own decisions on who to give invites to and we have to live with that. Don't get me wrong I wish we could all hand out invites to anyone who asks but you can't. I feel really bad for anyone that's been scammed or lost their invites (:cry: Znik) I'm just not sure it's the job of FST staff to police us. Having said that I don't want to see giveaways end but it might be a good idea to check up on people as best you can before handing out an invite that can effect your account.

What I have understood out of my recent "antitrade giveaway":

1) It's pretty hard to know if a member here will trade your free invite.
I tried very hard in my giveaway to find people against trading that deserved 1invite to a quality tracker. Despite of my hard efforts and the clean background of the participants, 1 of them forwarded my free invite for trade, something that wouldn't have done even a hardcore trader!

Unfortunately, a lot of people who may be clean here, may trade in other forums, or may have multiple FST accounts with clean background.

2) Some people may have had a previous account on a tracker and want a second one in order to trade it.

3) Some people may have been previously banned and want a new free invite. The problem is that a lot of people don't know what IP means, and that they are banned again when they use the same IP or registered email.

4) Some people live in countries that are banned from certain trackers. In order to find a solution to that, they use proxies and that ==> ban.

5) Some people believe that they can cheat on a tracker and nobody will find out about that and that ==> ban

As a result of all these, the invite privileges of the inviter are revoked and he is discouraged to offer the invites he could.

If we were talking about a private forum, like the antitraders' section, the invitee would know very wel that if he did something bad, he would have been kicked out the next moment and wouldn't have returned back ever again.

Unfortunately though, at an open forum like this one, even if someone is banned, he can easily create a second FST account and gain access to the invite section in a month.

In my opinion the best way to find a valuable invitee is either a real life friend, or an e-friend that has been proven to be trustworthy at another less valuable invite of yours.

Your analysis - however I don't agree with it to a 100% - is very thorough and professional. But after all, this is just a game. People like to collect anything - and people like to pretend themselves much nicer than what they really are. Being human is making mistakes. nobody is perfect. Trading is not evil in the pure sense. Some like it - some don't . It is a tool for participants to get what they want, nothing more, nothing less. One more thing: I enjoyed every bit of seconds of trading - it was exhilarating.

Trading IS evil when you are asked NOT to do it with an invite given to you for free in a giveaway.

If you trade your OWN invites, then you put your own account into risk and you accept the consequences of your actions.

I tell one kinda trading from another. I do not see any unethical if it is for personal use. On the other hand I denounce the other form, trading invites (especially giveaways) hoping to use as a pool for further trades. In many cases with a strict word (or oath) on not trading away.

It's not the matter of I, or others here in FST being convinced of your honesty. But the staff at bitmetv is not that stupid to ban a user just cause of some ISP problems. It is not that they can provide more relevant proofs if i approach them. But i'm not going to do it cause i know very well and admit 'i have done a mistake'.

But this guy really fuc*ed me and is trying to screw others.

This all happens when we have immature users not knowing the facts and the mature ones hardly giving them some time to learn before they could handle such a tracker. I think, many here are nowadays getting those trackers so easily which in my earlier torrent life, i could never dream of or had no chance to get them unless i had a similar tracker to trade.

In bitme, I have round 10 users banned out of the overall 22 invites i gave away. Almost same situation is with Bt-music.

If any others are having related problems you can make your own threads, we don't need to bring unnecessary accusations here as the staff at the corresponding trackers know and do their job very well, so locked.
