Ok by some miracle I just signed up and scraped by the swedish registration with the questions. I am asking if there is a way to make the faq in english or if not are their any special rules there I should know about to not get my account deleted.

You can't change the language to English. In fact there are a few posts where some people suggest to have a section in the forum in English and got flamed...

Just follow the common rules that apply to every tracker, i'm not sure if this are the written rules, but by following them, you can't go wrong:
1:1 ratio min.
dont hit & run
one account, dont trade, dont share the account.
Only download form 1 location at the time.
etc.

Heh I can tell keeping a 1:1 is going to be a pain, just download a full dvd and uploading at 2kb/s.
