It's my Bro, he will be in for a contest some weeks from now (yer, school contest), It is making a website, designing.. The contest will provide the use of FrontPage XP (maybe they don't like the latest) can anyone help me how he would Pimp his site really Nice that the design would Rock the other competitors'?

hehe, any suggestions also accepted, like if you would suggest "use animated gif's, it works like charm"

loads of dancing baby gifs, cowbells and jesus gifs would be awesome. well that or use a nice css layout (http://www.mezzoblue.com/zengarden/alldesigns/) would be pretty good.

I would use a web template as a reference. Get ideas. Do not use other's ideas.
