Charlie "Bird" Parker, John Coltrane and Stan Getz are probably the most famous ones. I would recommend Coltrane!

Candy Dulfer & Kenny G are popular younger ones. Although i can't stand to listen to a whole Kenny G album. But that's just my personal opinion.
