Hi,
Last few days when I try and Use an ED2K link from any site I get error messages saying....
* Windows cannot access the path or file, you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.
then...
* Windows cannot open this helper application for
ED2K// (blah blah blah who name of itme here)
The protocol specified is not address is not valid, make sure the address is correct and try again.
Anyone know whats happening?
I am using Xtreme 6.1, internet explorer 7

Sorted it... traced it back to MS Security update for Internet Explorer 7 KB937143
Un-installed this and now they work again :-)
