Guide for installing ftp server on fedora/leeware

Hi, just wondering if any1 has made a guide or has the steps to installing an ftp server on fedora core 4?
I tried searching but couldn't find much yet.

Dont think it would be that hard, fire away if anyone can help...

Its my seedbox for bittorrent? Sorry thought it was relevant. Anyway i couldn't find any guides in the tutorial section.

And anything having to do with leeware will work for you. If I remember correctly leeware was FC6.
