According to a spokesperson for the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), the plaintiffs have one week to file their appeal.

A Russian District Court judge found that the prosecution did not have sufficient evidence to back up their charges and threw the case out earlier this week. The IFPI has not elaborated on what their basis for an appeal would be, however it continued to stress that AllofMP3 operated "in clear violation of copyright law.""

It operated within the copyright laws of russia, until those laws change they are in the clear.

to appeal they need to add something that was not considered in the original verdict, them whining its not fair will not count.
