It has to be located in the US and as i said i need the access just to browse thru,i won't seed or leech anything.I have plenty to offfer as u might know so don't hesitate to PM me.

Yes,but none was working for much time and i think a proxy browser(php) won't work.

Try Tor otherwise.. Incredibly easy to use and pretty high security too, it bounces your IP through many many servers.

There's no way to guarantee that Tor will use only US based servers. Probably he wants to avoid scripts that watch for country change at high level trackers.

You can try your-freedom.net
They offer free SOCKS and HTTP proxies located all over the world. Free accounts have a speed limit but its better than nothing anyway.

hmm NO one wants high lvls?are we gone mad??lol i have good stuff like TT and SWEDVDR buffered(they close their invitation sign ups) and also have FTN.all i need is acccess to a BOX.
