Site specialising in Subtitles

Anybody know some sites that specialise custom-made subtitles to be added in burning DVDs? Most of them are usually release specific so that the subs are in sync with the movie.

Even the foreign trackers are uploading english movies, if u was right, then AF will be just enough for me, lol :D

by "custom made" do you mean adjusting frame rate?
