Subtitle Problem with Dvdr from my favourite Dvd trackers

i 'm big fan of DVDR. i got many good dvdr trackers: Swedvdr.swebits,norbits, tti,filmbits... There are many great movie
that i want to download but they are without English sub.
Anyone tried adding subs by urself ? Succeeded ?

i saw many dvd with SweSub Custom or Ro Sub . How can they add sub like that ? i read some guide in videohelp but no good result.

Help me out dvdr fans.

thanks fstrulz but i got some guide to add sub to DVDR more than 4GB
i tried but no success. Wanna ask if some one did it successfully. Wonder which guide ,tutorial the guys who make the Swedish custom DVDR used ?

You can add subs to a DVDr with a program like DVD Labs Pro made by mediachance and I think DVD Santa also has an option to add subs to a movie.
