View Full Version : Are rabbit and wheelmods really bad?

Almost everyone in invites section says that FTWR and UK-T are actually bad trackers. I want to ask people who have accounts there (I mean have them right now) : is it true or is it just a myth spread by those who will never be able to join?

Good and bad are relative concepts. It would be better to compare them with more well-known trackers.

while i agree that good and bad are relative concepts, i do not agree with comparing both of those trackers to more well-known trackers; while they have a select amount of torrents (less than the average 0day tracker), those trackers are more known for their outstanding community and their reputation to keep out bad users

I'm talking only about torrents. Community belongs to IRC channel and forums.

everyone knows they have a low amount of torrents, there is no point to comparing them to other trackers other than to conclude that more well-known trackers have more torrents

Neither are bad trackers, it's just there are many sites out there with wider content, faster speeds and more activity. If you are the type of person that likes to take the time to become involved in a tight community and have the ability to make requests (which may or may not be filled) then you will find a home there. If, however, you just like your torrents to come thick and fast then it really isn't worth your time trying to get in, you will only be disappointed.

just dont do anything wrong there, one bad post and they will find you and ban you.

I wish I could break some of UK-T rules.

Speed depends on who's seeding it, never been to slow for me but it depends on what you want. Pretimes, I have no clue if I want something fast I usually go elsewhere, never thought of looking there lol. Requests are filled better than other places I think requests get filled more/faster at the sites with better community.

well IMO ukt is such a great community...not for their torrents...but for the whole anti publicity concept and mainly for its staff ...it feels like a family.

honestly, if youre not interested in being a party of a great community, trackers level 9+ just aren't for you.

I have no reasons to obey their rules.

FTN and Exigo are great trackers in terms of getting the content you need.

As others have stated it's about community moreso than just the sheer number of torrents or the speed.
