what mean PRE-TIME?

The pre-time is the time when the scene release has been uploaded first to a topsite, I think :ermm:

yeah, it's the time of the release, actually the time of announcement of release on pre chan.

Private FTP servers that scene groups pre to and you and I couldn't have access to them unless we somehow contributed to that group or the scene.

pre time is when it first uploaded to a top site at the same time the scripts will pre it in the the PRE channals aswell,

Files can be on Topsites for periods of time before they are announced.
For instance ive seen some files in the pre section on topsites for a few hrs or even up to a day. It all depends when the person uploading it or one of the admins decides to mark it as being released for the general public (So to speak)

Sometimes they leave them for a little while so more sites can get them before the pre. It really depends what kind of site the group is pre ing from. If its a somewhat slower site they normally send it to 3 - 4 other sites before marking it as being pred.
