Just so everyone is clear, uTorrent 1700 and up is a banned client. uTorrent 1.6.1 will be the last version allowed. If you want to know why, there is plenty of literature in the forums.

I was a member and could not download and the reason it gave was cos of my utorrent. that is all i know!
