if that lvl 8 acc is F*C you can not change the ip :\ i mean you can not trade accounts only invites (i guess)

no like i barely come around here and now ppl are bitching about following rules lol. I wanted to see if it was just implemented or someone just decided to start bringing it up and bitching at ppl for bumping to early or spamming :O
