Invites are open again, but infortunetly there are some problems with the activation URLs. Invites cannot be successfully confirmed yet due to a system bug.
We will have to wait a couple of hours until this situation get fixed.

As far as I know it is supposed to be a Portuguese only tracker, you shouldn't be giving away invites for non-Portuguese.
