Of course it is. I don't know regarding rarity, but is a pretty good place. There are so many reasons why you shouldn't be trying to trade it, being the first one that you're breaking its rules.

MM WILL track you down even if you have a different nick there. I'd say sorry and close the thread and keep that account. Tophos is a really great tracker to have.

I think they requested that it be removed from the list. They do not want people trading for it just 'cause a list says its valuable.
