bithumen invites problem

I have a bithumen with a lot of upload and like 8 weeks old, and I never receive invites.
this message is alwas showed. what this means?

U won't get invites nowadays. Invites are closed, I guess. But they really change invite - system virtually daily. It is a mess...

No this is not true. No invite and not will. If you have 3 terra up, also cant you send.
